Copper Bus Tubes Specification

Copperbus tubes are erected over smoke hood of furnace at 13 meter level.
Approximate length of copper bus tubes is about 2.2 Kilometer and these are jointed through copper welding under the scheme of U,V and W phase of 18 MVA Transformer.
All copper bus tubes are supported by suspension hangers which grips by insulations.

Heat Exchanger Duct Specification

These ducts are connected from Furnace Building 33 Meter level to GCP heat exchanger 11 Meter level.
Ducts erected by 250 MT tyre mounted telescopic crane
chimney by help of ID fans.
Length of duct – 35 Meter
Dia of Duct – 550 mm

Gas Cleaning Plant Specification

Total tonnage of GCP- 680 MT
GCP consisting of Chimney , ID fans Misc Structures, Bag House,
All misc are erected by 40 MT crawler crane, 70 MT crawler Crane and
250 MT Tyre mounted telescopic crane for height erection.
